Terms & Conditions of trading with Barrington Fabrics Ltd.
By using this site you agree to the terms set by Barrington Fabrics Ltd.
  1. Payment
Payments must be made before you order will be dispatched. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, Cheque (3-5 working days to clear), postal order, PayPal or bank transfer.

  1. Stock availability
Barrington Fabrics aims to keep stock ranges fully updated to as close as we can 100%. In any instance where stock is unable to be processed to due stock levels or a fault we will contact you direct to discuss if we can offer you a suitable replacement or a full refund will be offered.
  1. Delivery
Orders placed will be dispatched immediately once payment received and cleared.
For the United Kingdom we aim to deliver orders within 24 hours of payment clearing.
International countries we aim to deliver in 48-72 hours of payment clearing.
All deliveries are sent via courier UPS, unless requested otherwise and are tracked and a signature is required for proof of postage.
Please note, if your destination is outside the EU, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore, payment may be required by customs to release your goods. We advise that it might be beneficial for you investigate potential charges before placing your order, as all countries have different procedures.
Please note sample orders can take 10 days delivery.

All information you provide with us will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy. By submitting an order and your date you agree to Barrington Fabrics  terms.

  1. Products
All of Barrington Fabrics products are checked twice before sent out to ensure that all customers are satisfied with everything they receive. In the event of been unhappy with your product due to damage, evidence will be required i.e cloth sent back and inspected (return delivery will be paid by the customer). If found that the fault is Barrington Fabrics then a replacement or a full refund will be sent.

  1. Sample/Bunches
Samples can be sent out for all cloth listed on
Swatches will be charged at £2.99 per swatch plus postage cost. Posting samples could take up to 3-5 working days.
Bunches can be requested at a deposit of £30.00 per bunch (waived at our discretion).
  1. Return
Before returning any faulty item please contact Barrington Fabrics  Ltd via email. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you are able to cancel your order with written notice of your cancellation and returning the goods/product in its original and resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Due to bespoke nature of the business all customers orders are treated individually hence all returns may not be accepted unless agreed by the company.
Please securely pack as originally received along with all documents and goods. Barrington Fabric  Ltd also recommends the goods are returned to us by recorded delivery. It is customer’s responsibility for the goods to reach the warehouse. Barrington Fabrics  Ltd will not be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless they are faulty or delivered to you in error. If the return item is not received by us, you will still be charged for the material and service used.
All terms above do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
